Terms of Use

These terms govern the ARK Learning Center at learn.arkvetrehab.com, operated by ARK Veterinary Rehabilitation, 7D Crane Road, Singapore 429356. Contact: support@arkvetrehab.com.

Who can subscribe

Memberships are for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. A younger learner may use the Learning Center only through the account of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

Free preview

ARK Learning Center offers selected introductory material as a free preview without requiring a payment method. The free preview does not create a subscription and does not unlock the complete course library.

Membership, automatic renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. The price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown beside the subscribe button and again at Shopify checkout, and you confirm them before paying. If the price changes, we tell you by email before the change applies to your next renewal.

Cancel any time in Manage membership (shop.arkvetrehab.com/account) → Manage Subscription → Cancel. No email or call is needed; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. After cancellation no further payments are taken and academy access ends when the paid period runs out. No single-course purchase option is offered.

3-day refund on your first payment

If the Learning Center is not right for you, email support@arkvetrehab.com within 3 days of your first membership payment and we will refund that payment in full to the original payment method; your membership and access then end. This applies once per customer and not to renewal payments. After 3 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Nothing here limits refunds you are entitled to by law.

Immediate access and statutory cancellation rights

Course content becomes available as soon as your first payment succeeds. When you subscribe you ask for this immediate access. If you live where consumer law gives a cancellation period for digital content (for example, 14 days in the European Union and United Kingdom), you acknowledge that this right ends once access to the content begins. The 3-day refund above still applies.

Educational use

All course content is educational and supports — but never replaces — veterinary diagnosis, emergency care or individual treatment instructions.

Course content and copyright

Videos, transcripts, e-books, quizzes and images are owned by ARK or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning while your membership is active. Do not copy, record, share or resell them. If you believe material on the Learning Center infringes your copyright, email support@arkvetrehab.com with the work, where it appears, and your contact details; we will review it and remove infringing material promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them removes consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live. Final terms, refund conditions and jurisdiction language must be professionally reviewed before public launch.
